Terms and Conditions for Quality Touch Community Care, LLC

Welcome to Quality Touch Community Care, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including our website, and any care plans or services provided by us. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.


1. Description of Services


Quality Touch Community Care, LLC provides non-medical, community-based care services, which may include companionship, personal care assistance, meal preparation, transportation, and other services as agreed upon in a formal care plan. Our services are intended to support the well-being and independence of our clients in their homes and communities.


2. User Responsibilities


By using our services, you agree to:


  • Provide accurate and complete information as required for the provision of care.
  • Cooperate with our staff and caregivers to ensure a safe and effective care environment.
  • Adhere to the terms of your individual care plan.
  • Promptly inform us of any changes to your health status, living situation, or any other information relevant to your care.
  • Make timely payments for services rendered as outlined in your billing agreement.


3. Intellectual Property


All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and service marks, is the property of Quality Touch Community Care, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.


4. Disclaimer of Warranties


Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.


5. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quality Touch Community Care, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:


  • Your use or inability to use our services.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
  • Any content obtained from the services.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.


6. Termination of Services


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:


  • A breach of these Terms.
  • Non-payment for services.
  • Conduct that we deem harmful or inappropriate to our staff or other clients.


7. Governing Law


These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New Jersey.
